Founded by Anu Duggal in 2013, Female Founders Fund invests in women-led start-ups in e-commerce and web-enabled services and products. Although it invests in women-focused products, its other investments are wider in scope.
Founded by Nisha Dua and Susan Lyne, BBG Ventures invests in companies that have at least one women founder. The fund is interested in consumer-focused mobile and internet companies. Portfolio of BBG includes Uncharted Play and Sunshine, a personalized weather app.
Founded in 2014 by Theresia Gouw and Jennifer Fonstad, Aspect Ventures invests in Series A and seed venture rounds. The firm’s current portfolio includes The Muse, BaubleBar, and FollowAnalytics.
Founded by Kirsten Green, Forerunner Ventures has a lot of investments. The firm invests mainly in commercial firms. Forerunner’s team consists entirely of women. The firm’s portfolio includes Warby Parker, Birchbox, Dollar Shave Club and Wanelo.
